Valerie Atkinson - Sound Practitioner

Valerie Atkinson is a Sound Practitioner and Death Doula devoted to frequency medicine, sacred transitions and the profound spaces between what has been and what is becoming.

For the past nine years, Valerie has worked with sound as a practice of deep listening, presence, and reconnection. Through vibration, resonance, and intentional sound, she creates spaces where the body can soften, the mind can quiet, and people can return to a deeper relationship with themselves.

Rooted in the wild, expansive energy of the Canadian Rockies, her work flows from a deep relationship with Mother Earth and the cosmos. It is shaped by her own healing journey, the mentorship of wise teachers, and a lifelong devotion to energy work, meditation, ceremony, and plant medicine.

Valerie walks beside those called to remember themselves, supporting the unification of body, mind, and soul, and creating space to reconnect with Source through sacred presence and practice. It is her joy and calling to share this work through intimate one-on-one experiences, collective gatherings, and sound bathing.

Valerie lives in Canmore, Alberta, with her partner Warren and their two beautiful daughters, Olivia and Hazel.
