I’m TJ Aneca, a Certified Personal Trainer, Health Coach, Nutrition Coach, and Life Coach, but more importantly, I’m a 48-year-old mom of six, a grandma, and a woman who knows firsthand how challenging perimenopause can feel. For years, I poured myself into being a stay-at-home mom, and while I treasured those moments, I also felt the tug of losing myself along the way.

It wasn’t until I began prioritizing my own health—physically, mentally, and emotionally—that I found my strength again. That transformation showed me just how powerful it is when women give themselves permission to take up space, feel strong in their bodies, and embrace the changes that come with this stage of life.

Now, I dedicate my work to supporting women 35+ who are navigating perimenopause. Together, we focus on fitness, balanced nutrition, and mindset practices that help restore energy, build confidence, and create lasting habits. My heart is to remind every woman that perimenopause isn’t something to “just get through”—it’s a season to thrive in, to step into your worth, and to discover the version of yourself you truly love.
