Trena Laine Olfert is a passionate entrepreneur, an award-winning beauty industry coach and makeup artist, and the heartfelt author of Dear Aaron. With a decades-long career, Trena has touched countless lives as a podcast host and keynote speaker, blending authenticity and compassion into all she does. Following the profound loss of her husband, Aaron, she channeled her grief, resilience, and hard-won lessons into a poignant memoir that explores love, loss, healing, and the courage to redefine life beyond hustle culture and societal norms. Trena’s mission is to inspire others to prioritize mental well-being, find strength in vulnerability, and create meaningful work and connections.

Crystal - Thru Mind Body Breath

Crystal is passionate about supporting others through their healing journey with her Whole Person Approach. Her coaching, under thru bodymindbreath, combines Hypnotherapy, Breathwork, 9D Breathwork, Integrative Health Coaching, Stress & Anxiety Management, and Reiki. Crystal addresses issues like relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem, helping clients heal core wounds and enhance their joy and self-compassion.

Jessica Nobrega - Grace & Flow

Over twenty years ago, Jessica Nobrega turned to yoga and meditation as a refuge from the chaos of her thoughts, a journey that transformed her understanding of mindfulness. Through personal and professional growth, including becoming a mother and navigating a busy career, she mastered the art of observing her thoughts without judgment, finding peace in presence rather than silence.

Now, with a rich background as an environmental scientist and over 500 hours of yoga training, Jessica passionately shares her insights, teaching others to find balance and wellness through mindful practices. Her commitment extends beyond the mat, actively shaping community perspectives on work-life balance and offering transformative outdoor classes at Predator Ridge BC, embodying her belief in living a life anchored in curiosity and tranquility.

Theda Phoenix - Intuitive Vocalist and Professional Sound Healer

(Pronounced “Theeda”)

Is an intuitive vocalist and professional sound healer whose musical offerings are intimate and authentic. A transformational guide as well as a recording artist and songwriter, her dynamic voice, intuitive songs and channelled light language can penetrate the heart, clearing energy and connecting you with your inner truth and souls guidance. Her unique sound is lovingly influenced by her connection to spirituality and nature, enhanced by her Metis heritage and off-grid upbringing on the majestic BC coast.

She has released 5 studio albums on streaming sites and in addition to intimate sound baths for public and private, she also performs songs on guitar or crystal bowls at conferences, festivals and corporate events. Her passion for holistic healing and love of singing drew her to begin sound healing with her voice and crystal singing bowls in 2007. She also teaches workshops in vocal toning, crystal singing bowls and intuitive singing classes.

Theda has shared the stage with luminaries such as Dr. Joe Dispenza and Deepak Chopra and uplifts audiences with her authentic presence and intuitive performances.

Theda primarily resides and offers her Sound Healing events on the West Coast of British Columbia, Vancouver Island, Vancouver's Lower mainland, but travels to Ottawa and internationally if invited! She looks forward to sharing with you!

Hannah Dawson: Coach, Cheerleader, Change Maker

Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, and Mindset Coach, Hannah Dawson, understands the transformative power of fitness not only on the body but on life itself. With over twenty years of navigating her own fitness journey alongside a decade of professional experience, she has refined her approach to fostering real, lasting change through simple, sustainable strategies.

As the founder of the Fit Club App, Hannah has developed a life-changing platform tailored for women. It's more than just a fitness app—it's a community where women break free from the relentless cycle of yo-yo dieting, build true strength, and discover a confidence that lasts. The Fit Club combines mindset coaching, nutritional guidance, training, and community support into a comprehensive transformation experience.

Hannah is also the voice behind the "Change Your Story" podcast, where she inspires women to take control of their narrative and embrace a journey of self-improvement and wellness. Her mission is profound yet straightforward: to impact your heart and mind so powerfully that transformation is inevitable.

Olivia Solano: Dancer, Teacher and Entrepreneur

Olivia has been dancing since she was six years old, training competitively in ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, and musical theatre. Some of her most notable dance accomplishments include performing the role of Clara in The Nutcracker, completing the Royal Academy of Dance Advanced II Ballet exam with Distinction, and most recently, starting her own dance company. Olivia’s dance company, Sol Studios, aims to provide a space where dancers of all levels can express themselves and connect with others. She teaches various styles, including heels, ballet, contemporary, jazz and more. Her goal is to provide technical training so that dancers can learn skills that they can apply to all their dance endeavors. Olivia loves to dance because it allows her to connect with herself and find joy and gratitude through movement.

By day, Olivia is a research coordinator in Clinical Trials at BC Cancer. She is passionate about healthcare and hopes to one day attend medical school, where she can advocate for patient needs.
