What's Not Included?
All transportation to and from the event, parking, meals and drinks separate from what's listed, spa and other recreational activities.
Do I have to participate in all activities?
No. This retreat is for you to do what you wish. It is highly recommended to attend as many as possible, as it was designed for a full transformative experience based on the Presenters and Speakers, but the choice is yours.
Can I use the hotel amenities?
Yes. These things are not included with your Retreat ticket, but you have access to all amenities. You can use the spa, gym, go to onsite restaurants and book separate recreational activities and tours.
Will I have an opportunity to meet the Speakers & Presenters
Yes! There will be opportunities to meet and chat with the Speakers & Presenters throughout the weekend at various different times.
What if I'm a Beginner at yoga & meditation, etc...?
No problem at all! This weekend is designed for all levels. You do as much or as little as you can. You'll be introduced to new practices and shown how they're done and how you can incorporate them into your daily life. The goal of the weekend is to introduce new modalities
What do I Wear?
It's recommended to bring comfy yoga type clothing for the sessions, and dress clothes, whatever you feel like wearing to the Welcome and Dinner Reception.
What do I Bring?
Yoga mat, water bottle and pillow for use during the sessions.
Can I attend by myself?
Yes, we have single occupancy / private rooms available at an extra cost, and/or if you're open to rooming with someone, we can place two singles together in a shared room for the lower rate, totally up to you.
Refund Policy
In the event of an emergency or extenuating circumstances, the participant will be able to transfer their ticket to another person, resell or gift their spot to another party.
